The child who learns opens the first door to opportunity. We strengthen education by training teachers, providing remedial learning for children who are behind, improving learning environments, and delivering Early Childhood Development programs using play-based approaches that build strong foundations for learning and growth.We promote child participation and community engagement through Children’s Champions in schools and Child Caregiver Champions among young parents, strengthening awareness and support for children’s well-being at both school and household level. Our approach integrates play-based learning, play for mental health, and sports for development to support confidence, social skills, emotional well-being, and school retention.

Health & Wellbeing Support
We support the physical and mental well-being of children and young people as a foundation for learning and development. Through mental wellness support, psychosocial care, community health education, and youth engagement, we build resilience and emotional stability. We also address key areas that affect dignity and safety, including Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Menstrual Health Management, sanitation and hygiene, gender equality, and the prevention of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV). These ensure that children and young people are healthy, safe, and able to make informed decisions.
Ideas become engines of lasting prosperity. We equip young people with practical skills for economic independence through entrepreneurship training, financial literacy, and vocational skills development, reaching over 5,000 youth annually. We also integrate digital skills training, including digital literacy, online work readiness, and technology-based entrepreneurship. We are progressively introducing Artificial Intelligence (AI) learning to help young people understand and use emerging technologies for innovation, productivity, and future employment opportunities. We provide mentorship and enterprise development support to help young people turn ideas into viable businesses. Through linkages to savings groups, credit access, and financial inclusion opportunities, we strengthen their ability to start, grow, and sustain income-generating activities. Our focus is on building self-reliant, digitally skilled, and future-ready young people who can create sustainable livelihoods and contribute to stronger, more resilient communities.
