The Three Wheels Model: How Lasting Change Happens

Our Three-Wheels Model connects education, health, and entrepreneurship to create lasting change for children, young people, and families. A healthy child learns better. A skilled young person earns more. A family with income can afford better healthcare and education. Each wheel strengthens the others. At the center is organisational growth and development, ensuring all three work together to deliver greater and more sustainable impact. When the three wheels turn together, communities don’t just survive, they thrive.

The theory of Change

Our approach supports children and youth from early learning through to economic independence. A participant joins our programmes and gains access to quality learning opportunities. Alongside education, we ensure that children and youth grow up healthy, safe, and supported. As they develop, young people are equipped with opportunities that enable them to secure decent livelihoods, start businesses, or access meaningful work. Hence  greater self-reliance, economic freedom, and improved quality of life.
